This 4-Hour Online Course is an introduction to the Philosophy, Principles, and Practices of The 7 Minute Life. You will learn how to use three essential time management tools that have been used by hundreds of thousands of people.

1. To Do List
The to do list is the starting point for all time management strategies. You will learn how to create a better to do list by removing mental clutter, writing down want you need to do, learning how to prioritize your tasks, and estimate how long each task will take you to complete.

2. 15 Minute Increment Worksheet
Next, you will learn how to create a realistic timeline for your day. The 15 minute increment time tracking worksheet highlights the limited concept of time. Are you regularly overestimating how many tasks you can mark off your to do list? How often do you underestimate how long a specific task will take you to complete? You will learn how to plan your day using the 15 minute increment worksheet.

3. Daily Progress Report
The proactive Daily Progress Report takes your to do list and translates them into daily activities and action steps. Time management is a skill that enables you to efficiently use the minutes of your day to focus on completing high value activities. Your 5 before 11 list is one of the planning activities you will use on a daily basis.

Ms. Lewis has more than thirty-years of experience in the financial services industries. From 1982 to 2015, she served as a wealth advisor including twenty-four years with Morgan Stanley. Her licenses included the Series 3, 7, 63, and 65. During her tenure as a financial advisor she earned three respected certifications including the prestigious Certified Investment Management Analyst®(CIMA®) certification. The CIMA®certification is recognized as “the peak international, technical portfolio construction program for investment consultants, analysts, financial advisors and wealth management professionals. The CIMA program is distinctive as one of only a few global certifications is financial services to meet international accreditation and quality standards for personal certification.” [1]Ms. Lewis completed this certification through the Executive Education program from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

At Morgan Stanley, Allyson served as the senior member of The Lewis/Naylor Group. By 2008, her team built a practice with $150,000,000+ in assets under management. She was ranked in the top 11% of financial advisors based on her production revenues at Morgan Stanley. Allyson has trained thousands of financial advisors around the country.

From 2008 until 2017, Allyson was a monthly columnist for Morningstar. Morningstar has published more than 60 of her articles.
